How do I contact customer service?
You will contact Riley Blake Customer Service by emailing info@ImagineWithRileyBlake.com.
How do I download a PDF pattern?
Be sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer (Click HERE to download Acrobat - it's FREE!). Click the ''Download PDF Pattern'' and follow the instructions. Once you download the pattern, save it to a folder on your computer. Print your pattern whenever you are ready.

TIPS
Make sure your internet browser is in its most up to date version. We highly recommend Google Chrome for your internet browsing.

Sometimes a pattern will have multiple pages or files, and the designer will ""zip"" the files together. You will need to unzip these files to download them. You can find free zip services, depending on your computer.
I am having trouble downloading my pattern / it's not printing properly.
If you are having trouble downloading your patterns, or the PDF appears in odd characters, please make sure you have the latest version Adobe Reader. This is available for FREE here. Once you download the pattern, save it to a folder on your computer and print at your convenience.

How do I contact the Instructor with questions?
On your course page, scroll down to find the Instructor information. Click the Ask A Question button, and fill out the form that pops up. Your instructor will be back in touch with you within 48 hours.
How do I write a review for my class?
On the class page, choose the ‘’Review’’ tab. Click the button that says ‘’Leave A Review’’ and fill out the form. Click submit, and your review will be logged into our system. Please allow 48 hour for your review to post.
How do I update my information / review my account?
Go To ‘’My Courses’’ at the top right of the page and click to open the page. Look at the left navigation bar and choose from the different options to manage and edit your account.
